Buying at Market Auction

Market Auctions offers many options for your bidding pleasure. On Line bidding is available through one of our three auction gallery partner platforms. LiveAuctioneers, Bidsquare, & Invaluable are the platforms that allow you to bid, real time from anywhere in the world. Market Auction offers absentee bidding (left bids) & real time phone bidding. Market Auctions also includes live in person bidding at the gallery. Prior to any auction, please feel free to stop by our gallery for exhibition (available 2 days prior to any sale). If unable to attend exhibition, please review our online photos and contact Market Auction staff with any questions or condition report inquires you may have.

Registering for Auction

Bidding is available in person at the gallery during the auction. Bidding is also available online at any of our three auction partner platforms. To register, please visit each platform to set up an account. Links are listed on our home screen. Any questions about the registration process can be answered through the gallery at 561-229-0046. Proof of identity and credit information is required for any first time bidders. All items sold at Market Auction are sold As-Is, Where-Is. Prior to any bidding at Market Auction being approved, a current Bidder Registration Form & Credit Authorization form must be on file. Please fully read our Terms & Conditions before registering to bid. Please see detailed information on each method of bidding below.

Options to Bid

Bidding by Phone

Market Auction accepts phone bid requests up to 2PM day of sale. On Auction day a Market Auction representative will call you approximately 5 minutes before your requested item. The representative will let you know the current bid and next asking bid increment. The representative will then bid on your behalf by relaying your confirmed bid to the auctioneer. To set up a Phone bid, please read our terms and conditions then click the phone bidder registration form. Once completed please email form to [email protected]

Online Bidding

Unlike most auction galleries, we absorb the fees associated with online bidding. We want to make it as easy and convenient for our clients to purchase from us. Please select which platform (listed below) you wish to bid from. The link will bring you to our current auction. Unless prior registered, you will need to sign up and register for the auction. We recommend doing this 24 hours in advance as we cannot guarantee approval if you register after normal EST business hours.

Live Bidding

Bidding is always welcomed, enjoyed and appreciated live in person. We offer a live auction which means bidders are welcome to bid during the auction at our gallery. All bidders must have agreed to our terms & conditions, filled out a Bidder Registration Form & Credit Authorization Form prior to bidding.
